Your writing is well below average and your narcissistic and hateful style all but buries whatever the hell your writing about. While you may not like Pelosi, you have not provided any persuasive writing as to why. Were you just born hateful or was your junior high style of writing based in hate just a cover up for legitimate writing? Regardless, your entire article isn’t worth the binary code wasted in giving it its demented birth.

Our HR department is good at procrastinating when it comes to employee’s requests… But they are top dog about emailing helpful info such as where to spend money shopping for what only they can afford. Where to get the best afcial,spa,massage, nails etc.

There needs to be a balance between the rights of the individual and the rights of the collective. I have seen what a truly unregulated banking system in America has achieved. Unfortunately humans cannot be trusted to do the right thing….total deregulation is absolute benign neglect…….Ayn Rand her self relied upon the love of another to feel belonging. Like christianity…Ayn Ranfdity is mealy a good idea!!!!!!!!

Great thoughts. I agree that sometimes the best decision is the decision to move on and up. I am a big believer in employer loyalty but you cannot stay in a position with no room for growth unless that touchpoint is something that is not a driver for you. For most of though, success is measured, at least partly, by continuing to progress forward in our careers.

Editors Note: I have been fired, downsized, rightsized, laid off and have gotten better at seeing it coming. My last gig I left because I thought the business was in trouble, it prove me right and the stock is at a nadir. These experiences have made me good at letting people go in a empathic way and make me take a job one day at a time. In fact I have good relationships with people I had to let go. If you visit my desk when I am not there you may think it is an empty office. The only personal thing I have is a picture of my family. If I got “let go” tomorrow, I would thank them for the opportunity, take my photograph and like Elvis, leave the building.
